Poor babe for having to get that many set changes, that's rough on the both of you. Hopefully that'll never happen again :) Enjoy the rest of your week, hope your meetings went well today at the school and with the endo. Just try is a fitting motto!! My grief seems to have eased up abit but I'm sure there will be triggers and it will take time to work my way through it. MY diabetic life is really a struggle if I want to stay healthy. T2s have to be even more careful about carbs than the average T1 because we tend to be insulin resistant!Tracy from Delawarehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03350536524056185350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5248101319829846491.post-35544004566090121152013-10-01T01:49:10.404-07:002013-10-01T01:49:10.404-07:00Thank you for the post, came at just the right tim...Thank you for the post, came at just the right time (as always), :) ShaniAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5248101319829846491.post-18739530986923556582013-09-30T18:29:39.914-07:002013-09-30T18:29:39.914-07:00This is probably the best advice I have gotten in ...This is probably the best advice I have gotten in the four short months we've been dealing with T1D. We try to look at the we're grateful's instead of the why's but as you know some days it's more difficult not to question. Why the high/low and the why him not me. God has been so good to him and us through this whole process.knittygirlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5248101319829846491.post-74682793531543564922013-09-30T09:37:42.245-07:002013-09-30T09:37:42.245-07:00Excellent! I find this kind of advice very helpful for non-D people who can't seem to understand why I ever have a low or high glucose reading ("like, it's just a matter of adjustment, right?").
